Rare 13ft 4 berth model, one of only 20 of this model built in 1980. Serial no. 02280. 1 owner since new.
Excellent condition internally with all original features. Cushions have been protected with covers. Good condition externally.
Some damp damage around door, part nearside and front roof vent, so would require some work, but otherwise dry.
Two burner hob plus grill; oven; Electrolux 1 cubic ft fridge; Carver SB 1800T (thermostat) heater with blown air to 2 vents. All gas appliances require testing. Whale electric water pump (cold supply only). Elsan 268 flush toilet included.
Lab Craft TP2 battery charging unit, but new battery required.
Has not been towed for some considerable time, but all external road lights in working order (12N black and 12S grey 7 pin sockets). 2 new tyres fitted recently.
