Windrush 112 1984 model

Hi.  I hope you don’t mind my picking your collective forum brains, but I have a question for you.  I am currently clearing my parents’ house, which includes a Windrush 112 2 berth caravan which they bought in 1984.  It was used for around 6 weeks per year up until about 10 years ago.  It has been kept under cover on hard standing since then.  The inside is immaculate with no evidence of damp or mildew, the cushions were all kept in the house, all equipment manuals are there, as are all the other necessary bits and pieces (water containers, hook-up cables, kitchen equipment, crockery etc).  However, as it hasn’t been used the outside works have seized, it needs new tyres and a good wash.  

To to cut a long story short, does anyone have a clue if it is worth anything in its current condition?  I’ve attached some external photos.
