I say rare because this van has sat in a barn since brand new and only ventured out when used. Van has been in the same family since new, original owners died 17 yrs ago and it has lived in the barn ever since. I acquired from original owners son who was clearing out the barn. To my amazement everything worked first time when I took it out for the weekend. The Mrs didn't really like the weekend away so I've decided to move the caravan on. She is a 1986 as far as I can tell and I know it's a caravaners cliche to say it's dry (and they never are) but I can honestly say I have never known a caravan of this age with no damp but due to its barn storage I can find absolutely none. The caravan comes with some amazing history. Original Cotswold brochures and dealership price list is amongst them. I know I could quickly move the van on but I feel a responsibility to find an enthusiast to take custody of this lovely van as I promised I would take good care of it and would just like at this stage to invite any interested parties to message me for photos and full details. It's worth noting that over 20 years ago I did work in the caravan industry and thought I'd take a trip down memory lane when I was offered the van, the Mrs & kids however weren't as enthusiastic 😂

Hi..I am interested in seeing this caravan as a classic car and caravan enthusiast. I am currently restoring a very early Windrush 13/4 and last year had a 13/2 we should never have sold. I am looking for a good Cotswold to tow to shows and weekends away behind my 89 Volvo 740..
