Good quality and condition awning to fit a Celeste 2 berth 12ft

I have one that came of a 11.3 ft Fleetwood but not sure if it would fit a 12 ft would need to know the exact measurements . Run a string from ground through the awning rail to the ground at the other side then measure the string and I will check it the awning I have.
If it fits you can have it for £70 I dont have a skirt for the van but those can be purchased separately.
