My daughter has just bought a Windrush 132.S. plastic window type, probably mid eighties. I am collecting it for her, but am not happy with the state of the tyres. I have a set of alloy 13 "wheels off a classic Ford Capri- Escort. Which I could put new tyres on before I set off. Does anyone out there know if 80's ford wheels will pick up on the studs?

I am not sure but I doubt it you would be better going down there taking the wheels of and getting new tyres on at a local tyre centre as you think it needs them in any event would you not. Cheers Stu

Hi there,
If it has a B&B chassis then Ford wheels will not fit likewise nor will any other type of car wheel to my knowledge. B&B wheels are a unique pattern although I have seen similar types of wheel available new which might fit.
Good luck...
