If anyone wants thier van serviced or wants the awning rails taken off and resealed or roof lights resealed or new ones fitted. Let me know, if they can get the van to me and leave it for a few days I can work on it for you at an agreed price, plus parts.
Cheers Stuart
P.S I am based in Ingleton North Yorkshire.

Hello! I am about to insure my recently purchased Cotswold 11/2 Clubman Windrush van but don't know the year of manufacture. Can you help please. The National Caravan Council Certificate (looks v v old) tells me:
Model name: 11/2 Clubman Length: 10' and one and a quarter inches Width: 6' and ten and three quarters inches Berths: 2 Chassis no.: B 1385 Permitted weight: 850kg Thermal insulation: Styrefoam Voltage and load: 240 volts & 12 volts Other: Serial no.: B 03269
Also, I don't know what the tyre pressures should be?
Feeling very amatuerish but excited!
Thank-you,
Rebecca

Hey Rebecca
I tried to insure mine and was told that it's to old! (that is over 25 years old) I understand that insurance isn't required legally so I'm just prepared to stand a loss should it get damaged
I'll dig out the tyre pressures for you, I usually run around 30 psi and have had no issues, and I have clocked up some milage =)
I have a book somewhere in the van, will have a look for it and scan any useful info for you if you wish
Just in the process of getting it ready for a week in Wales =)
Regards
Dave

Maximum tyre pressures should be indicated on the sidewall of the tyre. I usually run mine at 28 lbs. Cheers Stuart
